Partner & CEO
Bobby is a master's-level therapist with a degree from NYU, a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), private case manager, and trained interventionist. His own recovery journey led him to this work in 2015. As CEO and clinical lead, Bobby oversees all clinical considerations involved in client transports and care, positioning IYT as one of the only adolescent transport organizations with a clinical base at the center of its operations.

Dominic Dixon
Interventional Transport Lead — Dallas
Dom leads ground operations for IYT's Dallas hub and is the most experienced and longest-standing member of the Dallas transport team, having joined shortly after the company's founding. He has personally led more than one thousand successful transports across the country. Known for his calm leadership, consistency, and ability to manage high-acuity cases with professionalism and care, Dominic is foundational to IYT's success.

"For those of you reading this and thinking that it could possibly be an AI generated review, as you do these days, or written by someone affiliated with the company, I assure it is not. I am from Tennessee and am sitting on my laptop writing this in a friends house outside of Dallas where we staged an intervention for my daughter. As if an that isn't a hard enough task, add to that the thought of handing your baby girl over to a complete stranger and the whole event becomes absolutely terrifying. Boone and his team at Interactive Transport that in my case included Dominic and Katherine, helped to put my mind at ease as much as possible. They walked us through every step of the process and literally held hands and hugged us to get us through such what was otherwise a traumatic event in having your daughter admitted to a rehabilitation center. At the end of the day, I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. My daughter was transported to where she needs to be and it was done safely, securely, and efficiently. The communication from Boone and is team at Interactive Transport was exemplary, before, during, and after transport, and they provide customer service that is second to none.. I can't overstate that part. If you find yourself where you need to involve a third party transportation company for your particular situation, Interactive Transport should be your first and only go-to partner to help you through such an emotionally draining event."
"My husband and I used this service twice and both times, it has truly helped our family with ease of transport with safety, compassion, and comfort without the risk of runaway. We read horror stories online about how traumatic the transport could be and didn't want that for our son. Boone and Dominic are fantastic. They are caring, and once he got a good feel for the situation helped us devise a plan, and 2 backup plans. On the day of the transport, his 2-person team changed their arrival time, coming several hours earlier than initially anticipated to accommodate us. Their communication with us was constant and clear. Dominic sent us text updates on how my son was doing throughout the transport. The intake team told us that by the time he was dropped off our son even hugged Dominic goodbye. We cannot stress how thankful we are for Dominic, Tatiana, and Boone! We highly recommend this service if you need it for one of your loved ones in need of help that are under 18!"
